1. Lovigator users and visitors to our site

What information does Lovigator collect if I decide to join the Lovigator social community?

Complete our online registration form, we only collect personal data that you provide of your own accord. We ask you to provide us with information about you such as your user name, your email address, your gender, your date of birth, your location details. You also have the opportunity to provide other details about yourself, but these are optional. Because you control your user profile, these details are available to you at any time by accessing your “Profile” page, which gives you the chance to correct or update (other than gender and email address) your information at any time by just logging in to Lovigator.

Once you have created a Profile, we will automatically track certain information such as: (your IP and email address)

  • Identifying personal data such as your username, gender, email and billing address when you register for an account with us. It is your voluntary decision whether to provide us with any such personal information;
  • Other content that you generate, or that is connected to your account (username, user ID, profile picture, photos and videos, interests, favorites);
  • Phone number and financial personal data (such as bank/credit card number) if you use the relevant services;
  • You may also provide us other personal data through your participation in user-to-user communications, chats, or when you otherwise communicate with us regarding our services;
  • Additional personal data we are required or authorised by applicable laws to collect and process in order to authenticate or identify you or to verify the personal data we have collected.

 

Personal data we collect automatically when you use our services or register for an account with us:

  • We collect data about your interaction with our services and your communications with us. This is personal data we receive from devices (including mobile devices) you use when you access our services. This personal data could include the following: device number, device ID or unique identifier, device type, and unique device token, operating system and applications used, application crash-data, IP address, User agent, platform, Software Development Kit version, anonymous User ID, time stamp Developer Key, application version, device identifiers such as: IDFA (Identifier For Advertisers), Android ID (Android device), referrer url (Playstore), Google Advertiser ID, device model, manufacture, OS version, in-app events, and network status (WiFi/3G), Login source, application use, age, gender, if profile is linked to Facebook/Google, number of photos in profile, interests, notification status, registration date, credits bought, date of last payment and use of services;
  • Location personal data, including location personal data from your mobile device including specific geographic locations through IP, GPS, Bluetooth, or WiFi signals;
  • Computer and connection personal data such as statistics on your page views, traffic to and from the websites, referral URL, ad data, your IP address, your browsing history, and your web log personal data.

 

For safety and security and to ensure you have the best possible user experience, we require users to verify their accounts (because we want to make sure you are not a robot!) and might ask for your phone number. Don’t worry! This is only to make sure you are real and breathing!

What information does Lovigator collect about me if I’m under 18?

Children under 18 years of age are not allowed to use our website - you can only become a member of Lovigator if your aged 18 or over or the age of majority in the country in which you reside if that happens to be greater than 18. That means Lovigator does not knowingly collect any information about children, minors or anyone under the age of majority. Nor do we knowingly market to children, minors or anyone under the age of 18. If you are less than 18 years old, we request that you do not submit information to us. If we become aware that a child, minor or anyone under the age of 18 has registered with us and provided us with personal information, we will take steps to terminate that person’s registration and delete their Profile information from Lovigator. If we do delete a Profile because you violated our no children rules, we may retain your email and IP address to ensure that you do not try to get around our rules by creating a new Profile.

Does Lovigator collect my personal information if I am not a member and just visit the site?

No. We don’t collect any personal information about visitors to our site. If you do visit us without becoming a member, we will place session ID cookies on your computer. For more information about cookies generally, look at the answer to “How does Lovigator collect information about me?” below.

If I put other information about me on the site, what does Lovigator do with it?

Lovigator is designed to make it easy for you to find, connect and interact with other members of Lovigator by posting information about yourself. When using the App you should assume that anything you post or submit will be publicly viewable and accessible, both by Users of the App and non-Users of the App. For example, to make it easier to find other Lovigatorers and connect with them, we have allowed you to share other users' profiles on Facebook. This feature can be turned off in your settings at any time. You can also use our electronic messaging system, which allows you to communicate with other users. We recommend and encourage you (and all our members) to think carefully about the information they disclose about themselves. We also do not recommend that you put email addresses, URLs, instant messaging details, phone numbers, full names or addresses, credit card details, national identity numbers, drivers’ licence details and other sensitive information in your Profile which is open to abuse and misuse.

Please be careful about posting sensitive details about yourself on you Profile such as your religious denomination and health details. While you may voluntarily provide this information to us when you create your Profile, including your sexual preferences and ethnic background, there is no requirement to do so. Please remember that photographs or any video clips that you post on Lovigator may reveal these kinds of sensitive personal data. Where you do upload and choose to tell us sensitive information about yourself, you are explicitly consenting to our processing your information and making this public to other users.

When you post information about yourself or use the messaging, the amount of personal information you share is at your own risk. 

What does Lovigator collect about me if I use the mobile app?

Lovigator offers you the opportunity to stay in touch with the friends and contacts you’ve made no matter where you are. You can do this by using your mobile phone or by downloading an application to your desktop that allows you to share your location with other users.

When you use your mobile or the desktop application, we will collect information about WiFi access points as well as other location information about your longitude and latitude. That information helps us identify your physical location so that it can be displayed and shared with other members choosing to view “nearby” posts.

If you do not want your location to be known, then please do not download the desktop application or use your mobile device when you are on Lovigator.

What’s collected from me if I use Lovigator’s premium services?

When you take advantage of Lovigator’s premium features, we collect financial information necessary to process your payments as per your chosen payment method. Please note that we do not store any credit card or other payment card details. However, our payment service providers do (and are approved to do so by all applicable regulatory bodies).

When you access Lovigator or play our games we collect certain technical information about your computer system or mobile device and statistical data about how you play our games. We use this information to improve our site and our games, so that you can increase your fun.

Can Lovigator collect information about me from other sites I use, such as Facebook?

If you have registered on one of our partner websites, such as Facebook, your Profile will be available to all users of the Lovigator social network whether via our site or our partners’ websites.

Remember that when you register with a Lovigator partner, you are also giving them personal information, so we recommend that you read their privacy policies as Lovigator does not control how they use their information.

If you have have registered on one of our partner websites, such as Facebook, or you have verified your account via a partner website, we may connect your Lovigator profile with your profile on such partner website. We may do this by way of new products and applications which we introduce from time to time, including new products powered by our group companies.

If you have verified your account through a partner website and do not want to link your Lovigator profile to your profile on the partner website, please go to the “Verifications” section on your profile page and click “forget this account”.

If you have created a Lovigator profile through a partner website and you do not want to link your Lovigator profile to your profile on the partner website, Lovigator cannot amend these settings. Please visit the application settings on your partner website profile and follow the instructions to remove the Lovigator access permissions.

Does Lovigator collect any other personal information about me?

If you contact our Customer Support team via [email protected], we will receive your email address, and may track your IP address as well as the information you send to us to help resolve your query. We will keep records of our communications with you, including any complaints that we receive from you about other users (and from other users about you).

Will Lovigator contact me?

On your “Settings” page Lovigator offers you the opportunity to receive emails from us about new message notifications or other purposes related to the use of the website.

Does Lovigator use my personal information for any other purpose?

We may use material that you post on the open access areas of Lovigator in advertising and promotional materials on our partner sites and partner products. We believe these uses allow us to improve our site and better tailor your online experience to meet your needs.

We use your personal information to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our Terms of Use.

What are 'cookies' and what 'cookies' does Lovigator use?

We collect information by placing cookies on your computer or mobile. A cookie is a piece of text stored on your computer or mobile by your web browser. They are basically a tool that stores information about website visits, recognises you and your preferences each time you visit Lovigator, and ensures site functionality and enables us to provide the services our members request.

When you visit the publicly available sections of Lovigator, a session ID cookie is placed on your computer that only lasts while you’re visiting. We also place persistent cookies (also known an local storage devices) on members’ computers, so that Lovigator remembers them and makes their login experience faster and easier. We may use persistent tracking cookies on your mobile device, mainly for security protection purposes, such as to prevent phishers, scammers, unauthorised log in attempts, and to help you access your hacked account. We do not use any information whilst you are logged off.

You may set your browser and your mobile settings to block cookies and local storage devices, but if you do so, you may not be able to access the features that Lovigator offers.

Lovigator uses cookies and local storage devices for a number of reasons, including to ensure the security of our site, to provide you with features you have requested and to analyse how members and visitors use Lovigator. Lovigator’s uses of cookies and local shared devices so that we know who you are, what interests you and so that you can do the things online that you want to do, like chat with new people, share your content and buy Super Powers knowing that your data will be secure. 2. Friends and other Lovigator users

When I put information about myself on Lovigator, what do the other users see?

To ensure you get to meet as many people as possible on Lovigator, other members get to see your user name and any information you post on your Profile, including photos if you select the 'Any users' access setting. Any information you choose to provide should reflect how much you want other Lovigator members to know about you. You can also choose to limit the information that other users see by adjusting your privacy settings in the “Settings” page.

What am I allowed to do with other user’s personal information?

Use it to meet new friends and make new contacts! Beware that you may not use other users' information for commercial purposes, to spam, to harass, or to make unlawful threats. Lovigator reserves the right to terminate the accounts of those who misuse other users' information.

What information does Lovigator collect about my friends and contacts?

You can choose to invite your friends to join Lovigator to make sure that they also get the benefits of meeting new people. To make it easier to search and find friends and acquaintances on Lovigator, users may search for other members by email address. If you want to invite your friends and contacts to Lovigator, we will send an email invitation from Lovigator in your name or you can send an SMS (if you use our Android or iPhone app) to your friends and contacts encouraging them to sign up to Lovigator. If any of the individuals you have invited do not register within a few days, Lovigator may occasionally send reminder emails on your behalf to those individuals. You can choose to invite all your friends or only a select few by simply unticking the names of those friends you do not wish to invite, but please remember you must not invite any children to join. You are responsible for ensuring that your friend has agreed to receiving a Lovigator invite.

When you import your contacts, we store their name and email address or their mobile number so that we can automatically connect you and your friend. Lovigator does not sell these email addresses or mobile numbers or use them to send any other communication besides email invitations. The friend may contact Lovigator to request the removal of their information from our database by clicking Contact us. Any such request will only apply to addresses or mobile numbers we have at the time of the request and not to any addresses that the member/user provides to us later.

3. Third parties

Does Lovigator sell my information to other parties?

Not at all. We do not sell or rent out any personal information about you to any third party. Lovigator discloses aggregated non-personal data for marketing and promotional purposes. That means we do not disclose any information that could be used to identify you.

Does Lovigator disclose my information to other parties?

We may share aggregated information with such parties as Foursquare that includes your personal information (but which doesn’t identify you directly), together with other information including log data with third parties for industry analysis and demographic profiling and to deliver targeted advertising about other products and services.

In particular, in relation to targeted advertising, we use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Website. These companies may use information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

If you choose to, we may share your information with vendors, service providers, and other carefully selected third parties to improve our services to you, such as by facilitating payments. We ensure these parties must adhere to strict data protection and confidentiality provisions that are consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Lovigator also wishes to maintain a healthy community, and we will cooperate with all law enforcement inquiries and with all third parties to enforce their intellectual property or other rights. We may also disclose your personal information to government or law enforcement agencies, or private parties, as required by law when/or, in our sole discretion, we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights, or those of third parties and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on us.

In the event that Lovigator or any of its affiliates undergoes a business transition or change of ownership, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, re-organisation, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, or in the event of insolvency or administration, we may be required to disclose your personal information.

4. Data storage

Where is my personal information kept?

Lovigator is a global website operating through servers located in a number of countries around the world, including the United States. If you live in a country with data protection laws, the storage of your personal data may not provide you with the same protections as you enjoy in your country of residence. By submitting your personal information, or by choosing to upgrade the services you use, or by making use of the applications available on Lovigator, you agree to the transfer of your personal information to, and storage and processing of your personal information in, any such countries and destinations.

5. Security

How does Lovigator protect my personal information?

Lovigator has implemented reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect and prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control, including your personal information. Lovigator uses reasonable security measures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information such as secured servers using firewalls. Our technical experts at Lovigator work hard to ensure your secure use of our site.

While we take reasonable precautions against possible security breaches of our website, member database and records no website or Internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee that unauthorised access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur. We urge you to take steps to keep your personal information safe (including your password) and to log out of your account after use.

We cannot guarantee the security of your personal data while it is being transmitted to our site and any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information we have procedures and security features in place to try to prevent unauthorised access.

How do I help keep my information secure?

You may not disclose your password to any third parties or share it with any third parties. If you lose your password or give it out, your personal information may be compromised. You must change your password immediately via your “Settings” page. Lovigator cannot be held responsible for your failure to keep your password secure.

6. Your rights

How do I change my Profile?

You can review and revise your profile information at any time. Once you register, you will be able to review and change much of your personal information including:

  1. Your contact email address;
  2. Your profile, photographs, and videos;
  3. Your city, region, and country of residence;
  4. Your password.

Please promptly update your information if it changes by signing-in to your account and following the screen prompts. We strongly urge you to periodically change your password to help reduce the risk of unauthorised access to your account information.

Users in certain jurisdictions are, in accordance with applicable law, entitled to exercise a right of access to personal information about themselves by asking for a copy of the information we hold about them (for which, where allowed by law, we may charge a small fee).

Can I deactivate or delete my Profile?

Users of the Lovigator network have the following choices to delete their profile from our database:

  1. Send a message via [email protected]
  2. Sign in with your password and delete your profile. These options are available from your “Settings” page.

To prevent abuse and/or misuse of Lovigator by a user following termination or deletion of a profile/account we shall retain such information as we deem in our sole discretion may be necessary to ensure that user does not open a new account and profile in breach of our Terms of Use and to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.

Warning: Even after you remove information from your profile or delete your account, copies of that information may still be viewable and/or accessed on the Internet to the extent such information has been previously shared with others, or copied or stored by other users or to the extent such information has been shared with search engines. We cannot control this, nor do we accept any liability for this. If you have given third party applications or websites access to your personal information they may retain such information to the extent permitted under their terms of service or privacy policies.

What happens if I do nothing?

If you have not signed in to Lovigator for three months, we may remove your Profile as part of our data cleansing process.

Your Lovigator account is non-transferable and any rights to your profile or contents within your account will be cancelled upon your death.

Rights of our EU users (GDPR)

PriCall respects the privacy of its customers and takes protecting the privacy of its customers seriously. This policy describes the personally identifiable information that PriCall collects from its customers and potential customers and the steps that it takes to safeguard such information.

Collection and Use of Information
Our primary purpose for collecting and holding personal data from our customers is so we can supply our products and services to them. We only collect personal information which is reasonably necessary for our functions or activities or which is directly related to them. Typically this information includes our customers’ personal data. PriCall may also collect such information from prospective customers through promotional campaigns it may occasionally conduct and from our related group companies, affiliates and partners. We also collect some information when potential customers visit our websites (see the Marketing section below). PriCall may share such information with business partners to ensure the successful provisioning and operation of its services and to facilitate the marketing of PriCall products and services. However, PriCall does not disclose or sell personal data of our clients to third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.
Secondary purposes of collecting the personal data include to assess the customers’ orders and perform credit checks, for billing, credit and account management, for improvement and development of our services and to inform the customers about our news, new services and promotions, and to comply with our legal obligations.
In addition, any customer who wishes not to receive information about new or different PriCall products or services may decline to receive such offers.

Marketing
As LoviGayor (PriCall s.r.o.) uses remarketing services to advertise online, we collect information about visitors of LoviGator website. Google and other third party vendors show our ads on sites across the internet. They also use cookies to serve ads based on your past visits to our website. Our website visitors can opt out of Google’s use of cookies by visiting Google Ads Settings [http://www.google.com/settings/ads].
We may also use or disclose personal information of customers in order to use them for direct marketing purposes. Mostly we use such info for direct marketing by email, sharing with the customer information about our services and special (promo) offers. Each visitor of our webiste can opt out of direct marketing by asking us. Customers can do it different ways - use the contact form on the website or our contact details in this Privacy Policy or in the marketing email the customer may receive from us.

Personal Data protection principles under the GDPR

The aim of these Principles of processing Personal Data for customers of PriCall s.r.o. company (Principles) based on GDPR is to provide information about what personal data the company processes about natural person while its providing services, when visiting the company’s websites, selling goods at its web stores, for what purposes and for how long PriCall s.r.o. can process this personal data in accordance with the valid legal regulations. At the same time the following information informs what rights natural persons have as far as processing their personal data is concerned.

These Principles are valid as of May 25, 2018, and they have been published in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 about the protection of natural persons in connection with personal data processing (“regulation” or “GDPR”).

Categories of Personal Data
Personal Data is any data that can lead to the identification of specific person. In accordance with the services provided the PriCall s.r.o. company can process the following categories of personal data:

1. Basic personal identification data and address:
This data is needed to sign and fulfil a contract. It includes especially:
- Academic degree;
- Name and Surname;
- Identification (birth certificate) Number;
- ICO (Identification number of company), DIC (Tax identification number of company);
- Permanent address;
- Company’s name;
- Business or seat address;
- Invoicing address;
- Bank account details;
- Signature.

2. Contact details:
- Phone number;
- E-mail;
- Etc.

3. Data about subscribed services, use of services and purchased goods:
- Specification of provided services or sold goods (volume, price, etc.);
- Specification of purchased goods (size, price, etc.);
- Etc.

4. Operating and localisation data:
- Dialed number;
- Calling number;
- Data connection address (e.g. IP address or URL address);
- Date and time of the carried out connection;
- Etc.

5. Data from communication between PriCall s.r.o. and its customer.
This data originates during communication connected with providing of PriCall s.r.o. services and selling goods between PriCall s.r.o. and the customer. This data includes records of personal communication and direct contact with the customer, in written or electronic communication with the customer, records of phone calls, online chat communications between PriCall s.r.o. and its customer.

6. Data processing based on the customer approval:
- Records about behaviour on websites maintained by PriCall s.r.o. and received via cookies if cookies in the web browser are enabled;
- Data gained from marketing researches (they are processed for PriCall s.r.o. services customers based on the approval with the processing of personal data for marketing and business purposes);
- Etc.

Legal reasons, purposes and time for processing of personal data
- Processing of data for the purposes of fulfilling of legal duties - preparation and signing of a contract.

In case of PriCall s.r.o. company services customers who have fulfilled all the commitments towards PriCall s.r.o., the company can process their personal and identification data, contact information about services and data from communication with PriCall s.r.o. for a period of 4 years after they terminate their last contract with PriCall s.r.o..

In case if the contract between PriCall s.r.o. company and its potential customer has not been completed with a signature of that contract, the company is entitled to process the provided personal data for a period of 3 months from the corresponding negotiations.

In accordance with paragraph 35 of the Act no. 235/2004 of the Collective, about a VAT (Value Added Tax), invoices issued by the company are archived for the period of 10 years after their issuance. As a confirmation of a legal reason for issuing of invoices, customers’ contracts are also issued for the period of 10 years after a contract is cancelled.

Identification data needed for providing of services from customers identification card are processed by PriCall s.r.o. in accordance with paragraph 16 of Act no. 253/2008 of the Collective, about some arrangements against legalising revenue from criminal activities and financing of terrorism, processed for the period of 10 years from the day you terminate your contract with PriCall s.r.o.. To meet this legal obligation the company keeps a copy of customers’ identification documents with data needed for providing of PriCall s.r.o. services for the period of 10 years since the last contract is terminated; additional data which is not needed for the providing of the service is blacked out on the copy of the identification document.

Personal data needed to provide special ZTP or ZTP/P discounts (discounts for disabled citizens) according to paragraph 3 of Act no. 127/2005 of the Collective, about electronic communications, are processed for the period of 5 years since the corresponding discount is provided, or until the time when it is no longer possible to legally contest the height of the state contribution to these discounts, if this period is longer.

In case of debtors PriCall s.r.o. keeps personal data corresponding with the debt for a period of 4 years after the debtor is deleted form the SOLUS Register in order to defend the claims connected with handing over the debtor to the SOLUS Register for rightful interest.

According to paragraph 90 articles 3 and 4 of Act no. 127/2005 of the Collective, about electronic communications, the company is requested to keep operational data of the service until the end of the period, when the billing of fees or providing of electronic communications services can be legally contested by a complaint. For this reason PriCall s.r.o. company processes operational data of the service for the period of 6 months since it is provided. The company is furthermore entitled to process operational data of the service until a dispute about the decision about an objection to dealing with a complaint is settled, or until the period, for which a claim can be legally demanded.

According to paragraph 97, article 3 of the Act no. 127/2005 of the Collective about electronic communications PriCall s.r.o. is requested to keep operational and localisation data for a period of 6 months; these are created or processed when ensuring public communications networks and when providing publicly available electronic communications services; upon request the company is obliged to immediately provide them to authorities acting in criminal proceedings, to Police of the Czech Republic for the purposes of an initiated search for a specific wanted or missing person, to provide identity of an unknown person or identity of a discovered corpse, to avoid or identify specific threats in the area of terrorism or to check a protected person; to BIS (Security Information Service) for the purposes and when fulfilling conditions set up by a specific legal decree, to the Army Intelligence for the purposes and when fulfilling conditions set up by a specific legal decree and to the Czech National bank for the purposes and when fulfilling conditions set up by a specific legal decree.;

- Processing of data of PriCall s.r.o. services customers with an approval for marketing and business purposes valid as of October 24, 2019. This approval remains valid for the following 4 years of services usage or unless the customer recalls their approval earlier;

- Processing of cookies collected from all websites run by PriCall s.r.o..

Personal data sharing
Unless the law specifies otherwise, as an administrator of personal data, we can pass this personal data to other data administrators only in case that we have an approval to do so from the data subject. Granting this approval is voluntary.

According to paragraphs 20z and 20za of the Act no. 634/1992 of the Collective, about the protection of customers, and for the purposes of protecting rights and legally protected interests of sellers and consumers PriCall s.r.o. is entitled to pass identification data, data informing about solvency, payment moral and trustworthiness of the Data Subject to registers that serve for mutual informing of sellers about the ability and willingness of consumers to fulfil their commitments. This passing concerns also relationships created within business making or other individual profit making activities of data subjects.

Fundamental data subject rights

- The data subject’s right of access which means
1. the right to know whether data concerning him or her are being processed and
2. if so, access it with loads of additional stipulations (GDPR Article 15).

- The previously mentioned right to erasure or right to be forgotten with additional stipulations, among others if personal data has been made public (GDPR Article 17).
According to the above mentioned article of the regulation the data subject will be entitled to have personal data concerning them erased if PriCall s.r.o. does not prove rightful reason for processing such personal data. A person can ask for his/her personal data to be deleted contacting us in writing at the seat of PriCall s.r.o. (Klimentska 1216/46, 110 00, Praha 1 or [email protected]).

- The data subject’s right to rectification or modification of inaccurate data. When personal data are inaccurate, then controllers need to correct them indeed (GDPR Article 16).
According to paragraph 16 of the regulation the data subject will be entitled to the right to have inaccurate data that PriCall s.r.o. will process about them modified. Any PriCall s.r.o. customer has the duty to inform about the change of their personal data and to prove that such a change took place. At the same time they are obliged to cooperate with PriCall s.r.o. in case we find out that personal data that PriCall s.r.o. processes about them are inaccurate. PriCall s.r.o. will carry out the modification without any unnecessary delays based on given technical possibilities. - The data subject right to restriction of processing.
According to article 18 of the regulation the data subject will be entitled to have the processing limited until the motion is solved, if they deny the accuracy of personal data, the reasons for their processing or if they submit and objection to the processing in writing to the seat of PriCall s.r.o..

- The right to be informed.
According to article 19 of the regulation the data subject will have the right to be notified by PriCall s.r.o. in case of a correction, erasure or limitation to processing of personal data. If there is a correction or an erasure of personal data, PriCall s.r.o. will inform individual recipients with the exception of cases when it is impossible or it requires undue efforts. Upon a request form the data subject PriCall s.r.o. is able to provide information about the recipients. The request can be submitted in writing to the seat of PriCall s.r.o..

- The right to data portability.
According to article 20 of the regulation the data subject will have the right to transfer data concerning them and that they provided to the administrator in a structured, regularly used and machine-read format, and the right to ask PriCall s.r.o. to transfer this data to a different administrator.

If the data subject provides PriCall s.r.o. with their personal data based on an approval or in accordance with the contract for providing of services and their processing is done automatically, they have the right to get such data from us in a structured, regularly used and machine-readable format. If it is technically feasible, data can be given to a specified administrator if a person dealing for the corresponding administrator can be properly determined and they can be authorised.

If by exercising this right the rights and freedoms of third parties could be unfavourably touched, your request cannot be accommodated. The request can be submitted at PriCall s.r.o. brand shops once the legitimacy of the request is proven.

- The right to raise an objection against the processing of personal data.
According to article 21 of the regulation, the data subject will have the right raise an objection against the processing of their personal data for the reason of rightful interest of PriCall s.r.o..

If PriCall s.r.o. does not prove that there is a serious rightful reason for processing that prevails over the interest or rights and freedoms of data subjects, PriCall s.r.o. will cease the processing based on this objection without any unnecessary delays. The objection can be sent in writing to the seat of PriCall s.r.o..

- The right to recall an approval with the processing of personal data.
An approval with the processing of personal data for marketing and business purposes can be recalled at any time after this date.
